F35 Floor Cleaner

Enhanced cleaning power in your work environment

The new F35 is an ultra-compact upright floor cleaner. The unique design of the body and brushes of this professional floor cleaner means that it can even clean in areas that are difficult to access. With a cleaning surface area of 35 cm, it is ideal for home use as well as in hotels, restaurants, bars, schools, offices, shops and medical centres.

Compact and easy to transport

Thanks to its innovative design, Floorwash is easy to disassemble and store even in the trunk of the car. Its ultra compact shape guarantees its use in different environments for limitless cleaning.

Tank adjustable to 3 different heights

Floorwash is for everyone! Thanks to the practical height-adjustable tank, you can select three different positions, for everyone’s comfort.

Transport wheels

Floorwash is equipped with two rear rubber wheels: simply tilt Floorwash towards you for safe and easy movement. Use the practical slot in the external tank for transport between different floors.

Two counter-rotating brushes

Two cylindrical brushes, front and rear, ensure that every surface is perfectly cleaned, fully recovering any type of liquid present on the floor. Floorwash’s effectiveness comes from the high opposite rotation speed of the brushes, allowing the roller to carry the dirt inside the recovery tank.

Manual water dispensing

The lever used to dispense water is placed under the handle for maximum comfort. It is possible to “measure” the quantity of water dispensed according to the surface specifications. This makes Floorwash a tool able to clean any type of surface, including parquet.

Tank with a 90° tilt angle

Floorwash knows no obstacles! Thanks to the tank with a tilt angle of 90°, it is possible to reach the most difficult areas: under furniture 14 cm high.

Recovery tank

The new recovery tank is semi-closed to prevent “dirty” water from leaking out while using Floorwash. The scraper blade is welded to prevent possible breakage.

Effective cleaning flush with the wall

Floorwash’s innovative front brush allows you to effectively clean along the edge of wall and reach the most difficult corners. The off-centre position on the right, puts the tip of the brush only 5 mm from the edge overhang.

Interchangeable brushes

Quick and easy! With Floorwash it only takes a few minutes to change the brushes, simply press on the left side to remove the pins that support the brushes, make the change and reinsert the pins in the opposite direction.
