Natural detergent with bicarbonate which helps remove wax, pesticides and other artificial deposits from fruit and vegetables without altering their natural flavour. Recommended for canteens, caterers, kitchens, public institutions and hospitals.

Manual soak or used with an automatic vegetable washer, immerse fruit and vegetables in washing solution for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. DOSING: 10-30 ml/L (1-3 caps per 5 litres).
