Non-caustic dishwasher detergent, suitable for automatic washing of aluminium, copper and brass pans and utensils with pan washers and utensil washers. The product can be used for pre-treating and soaking of pans before normal automatic washing.

Mechanical washing: product is normally dosed using the Italchimica automatic dosing system, or combined with the dosing systems integrated in the machines where present. Set the dose to 3-5 ml/L according to degree of soil and water hardness. Soak: dilute the product in hot water at 5-10ml /L (0.5-1 caps per 5 litres) according to degree of soil. Soak dishes in the solution for 10-15 minutes. For stubborn grime, leave to soak for longer. Continue with normal dishwashing.
